Rocio Salcedo opened her first Mexican restaurant – Plaza Garcia – twenty years ago. In 2016, she applied that experience to her next restaurant, Plaza Santa Fe and her brand new location at Bothell Patrona Cantina & Grill. She has the help of her sons, daughter and family members. Her restaurants are truly family run!
